ORDERS

What to know in case you need one

Unfortunately no, once an order has been placed we are unable to add additional items. If you email us right away, before your order is filled, we might be able to cancel the current order so that you can place a new one. We will need your order number and email address.

Where is my Order Confirmation?

Sometimes your order confirmation can end up in your email's Junk/Spam folder. If you are unable to find your confirmation, please contact us

PRODUCTS

How do I find out what products are best suited to my skin?

If you're having trouble choosing, we have skin care experts here to help! Feel free to send us an email, us the chat feature on our website, or even DM us on Instagram (@bodycobeauty). 

How do I know what ingredients are in the products?

We pride ourselves on using quality, naturally derived ingredients. You
can find the full ingredients list of each product under "INGREDIENTS LIST" on each product page.

SHIPPING

How do I track my order? 

You can track your parcel by entering your tracking number into the AUSPOST Website

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. We offer free shipping on ALL Australian orders, and $50 on international orders.

When will my items ship?

We aim to dispatch all orders withing 48 hours, for all orders placed Monday-Friday.

*There may be slight delays in shipping (for express and standard) at times of high volume orders. Please also consider public
holidays when checking the shipping method.

REFUNDS

Can I return my order?

BodyCo will only accept a return for exchange or refund if the products are unused, and returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. An exchange or refund will not be processed for products that are returned with open packaging or that have been damaged.

BodyCo does not accept returns or exchanges for sale items.

For eligible refunds, BodyCo will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling charges.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and
are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it
arrives at our warehouse safely. If your returned order becomes lost in
transit, and there is no package tracking, BodyCo cannot be held
liable for the return and may be unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.
